Cut chicken into strips
Mix spices, oil, garlic and juice in a large bowl
Add chicken and set aside for a half hour
Cut up peppers and onions and set aside.
Add oil to cast iron on med high
Cook veggies for 5 minutes then remove when slightly soft.
Cook chicken in same pan, add leftover marinade.
When chicken is slightly cooked on all sides return vegetables to finish.
Adjust all seasoning to taste
Serve with sour cream and cheese
