1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
Pinch salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon butter
Melt butter
Mix flour, egg, a portion of milk, mix, whisk till smooth, then add the rest of milk.
Add melted butter and mix
Put 1/4 cup of batter in pan, start at a tilted 7 O'Clock position and swirl around pan. Cook till edge has small bubbles.
Peel up from edge with rubber spatula and grab with fingers to flip. Cook and flip back and remove to plate.
