Ingredients
Spice Mix
2 tbsps. cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Marinade
1 pound large shrimp
1/3 cup mustard
1/3 red hot sauce
2 large eggs
Flour Dredge
3 tbsps corn starch
1 cup all purpose flour
Directions
Defrost, peel and devein the shrimp and pat dry
Combine spice mix
Add marinade ingredients to a dry bowl and combine
Add spice mix and combine
Add shrimp
Let sit for 15 minutes
Heat oil to 350
Combine flour and cornstarch in a bowl that has a cover
Add shrimp in batches, toss to coat
Fry shrimp until brown
