Ingredients
Halibut or Flounder
1 tblspn - Olivie Oil
1 tblspn - Butter
Handful - Mushrooms
Salt & Pepper
Cheyenne Pepper
1/4 cup - Water
1/2 lemon - juiced
Knob - Butter
1 tblspn - Parsley
Melt olive oil and butter in a cast iron pan over medium heat
Add mushrooms and cook until golden, then move to the sides
Salt and Pepper the fish, sprinkle with cheyenne - both sides
Add to pan on medium high cook then flip and cook some more until done
Remove fish
Add 1/4 cup water to deglaze the pan
Add lemon juice
Add knob of butter
Cook a minute
Pour over fish
Top with parsley
