- 1 lb Penne
- 2-3 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce (26oz)
- 3 Cooked Boneless chicken breast
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh Parsley or Basil Cook Penne.
Saute Pepper, Onion and Garlic in Oil until tender.
Stir in Spaghetti Sauce, Chicken and Parsley or Basil.
Simmer 2-3 Minutes.
Serve Sauce mixture over pasta.
