Pecan Pie Recipe
1 cup of dark Caro Syrup
1 cup of white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
¾ stick of butter (melted) 1 cup of pecan halves
Beat eggs, add sugar, syrup, butter, and vanilla. Mix very well. Stir in pecans. Pour into an unbaked, un perked pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
(If doubling the recipe use 5 eggs instead of 6).
