1 cup of softened butter
¼ cup of confectioners sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 tablespoon of water
2 cups of flour
1 cup of chopped pecans
Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir in water. Mix in flour. Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in colored or confectioners sugar. Bake 1 inch apart o un-greased cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm to touch. Cool before removing from pan.
