3 ½ lbs pork loin roast
1 cup bottled barbecue sauce
Trim fat from pork loin roast and cut in half placing the pieces side by side in the crock-pot. Pour the bbq sauce over the meat and cook on low 8-9 hours.
Remove the pork. Using two forks, pull the meat into shred. Put the shredded pork onto a serving dish ands spoon sauce from the crock-pot ton meat to moisten.
