Hearing Frequency Range

Below is a chart the shows the range of audible sound notes or frequencies that a perfect human ear can hear. We humans typically hear sounds between 60 and 15KHz. If we where "young and have a educated ear" one can hear 20-20KHz.

Fundamentals: Referes to the fundamental (primary) notes or tones produced.

Harmonics: Tones that are (secondary) mathematical multiples of the fundamental tone.
