Dear Parents,

Welcome to December and Week 16! I hope everyone had a restful Thanksgiving break. We have an easy-going week.

For the month of December, we’ll be reading various stories about pine trees and learning about them. Your students will be exposed to informational (non-fiction) texts and videos about pine trees in addition to fictional stories.

All Kinder teachers will be at a FLAG meeting on Tuesday. Mme Bollier will be our substitute.

On Friday, we will be making our Stone Soup! Be sure to check your student’s homework folder for the item that s/he has volunteered to bring.

We will also be talking about the different holidays in this festive season.
