21st Century Skills

French Kindergarten students are 21st century learners! Feel free to use Typing Club and Code.org at home to see what your student is doing at school.

We are applying ISTE standards in the classroom. Your students will learn three main skills with me this year:

1) Typing - Franklin uses Typing Club. Students will need to sign in using their student district Google accounts.

2) Coding - Our class uses Code.org's Course 1. Your student will click on his/her name, then click on their secret image to access their account.

3) Google Classroom - Our class uses Google Classroom to house the typing assignments, videos, and e-books that will support your student's learning. Sign in using your student's district Google accounts.

4) iPad video making - We will use various iPad apps to create videos of our learning.
