Download and open the template below.

Select the ornament you wish to make.

Use the Text Tool to add your name or message. With your name or message still active, click on Text > Text and Font to change the font. After selecting your font, you can adjust the size by clicking and dragging the corner handles of your message.

Copy and paste the ornament into a new document. Save your file.

Vector cut: This setting will cut out your shape from the piece of acrylic.

Vector engrave: This setting will provide an outline to any shapes you have on the surface of your piece of acrylic. This is a good option for light colors of acrylic because you may not be see the raster very well.

Raster: This is the "fill" of shapes and text, whatever appears in black/color in your design.

Ornament shape vector cut settings: 20% Speed, 100% Power (2 passes)

Ornament text/message vector engrave settings: 80% Speed, 60% Power

Ornament text/message raster settings: 100% Speed, 80% Power
