Open Shop

House Rules

1. Jobs are limited to a maximum of 2 hours per day. This includes multiple jobs on multiple machines. If no one else is waiting, we can restart the queue.

2. Please do not leave jobs unattended. Jobs should be monitored for success (3D prints fail often) and accuracy (we can stop a job early if it's not coming out as planned). We reserve the right to cancel unattended jobs.

3. One machine per person at a time.

4. No new jobs 30 minutes prior to the end of open shop.

5. Staff must review the job settings prior to starting the job. Please do not start any jobs without having staff preview it first.

6. For your safety, only Maker Lab staff may service the machines.

7. We will add your name to the print/cut queue only when your file is machine ready.

8. No food or uncovered drinks are allowed in the lab.

9. No weapons or representation of weapons.

10. Have fun and make great stuff!
