Send Members Portal account details

Send Members Portal account details to the Member

  • Log in to OGD.

  • Click Members Database at the top menu. This brings you to the screen shown above.

  • In the Search box at the top right portion of the screen, type in the first name, surname, or nickname of the member whose record you want to update.

  • Click GO or press Enter to do the search and display the search results with this header.

  • Click on the member's name under the Member Name column. This displays the Edit Member screen.

  • Click the checkbox at the bottom left labeled Check this box to email MEMBER PORTAL login account information to member.

  • Click Save Changes.

  • Inform the member to check his/her email.
