custom Zoid: Gun Spider

 I was inspired from pictures by Benjamin Wright and discussions on ZoidsFans to combine a Cannon Spider with a CP-15. As noted in the discussion, it was pretty easy to remove the gunner's seat on the left hand missile launcher support. I then modified the CP-15 by discarding the rocket plate, moving the gun mounts to the opposite end, then cutting away the webs. This allows the gun to elevate to nearly 80 degrees above horizontal, allowing use as an anti-aircraft weapon.

I also cut a piece of cardboard and painted it to help fill in the gap below the gun. I knew as soon as I saw the white and red standard Cannon Spider color scheme, that mine would be some other color. I like this blue and black color scheme much better.
