The Pulsar Intermediate Mech weighs 42 tons and was designed as a testbed for a new kind of lightweight Gauss rifle.
The Pulsar mounts two of these rifles, as well as six medium ER lasers, one split Streak SRM-4 battery, and two machine guns.
The round of this rifle is elongated and shaped more like a missile than a slug. Also the rifle barrel is quite long when compared to the diameter of the round.
