Vhrule is a pudgy half-elf with a greying goatee beard and a fine collection of fashionable hats. He’s one of Manshoon’s many apprentices: a fact that terrifies him utterly. Vhrule would far prefer to spend his time wining and dining through Waterdeep’s upper echelons than studying magic with the clone of a demented mastermind.
