Access the Character Stats page
Scroll to the right until you find the adventure session you ran (they are in Season order, then Level [Tier] order, then Session order).
There is only one column in the entire spreadsheet for each adventure session. Find the column for the session, and that's where you enter in your information. This means that when multiple GM's run the session (albeit on different days), all of the information for all of those repeats of the same session.. will be in that one column.
Do the following for each player character that attended:
Scroll down to the row for the players name and then the character name that attended the session. The following entries are all in the column associated with the session, unless directed otherwise (ie total Story Awards / Magic items / Consumable magic items).
Attendance: Click on the yellow cell and type Y. If the character died and was brought back by his faction, enter "Died" and do not enter any other rewards for the session.
Right-click on the Yellow cell, and select Insert note. In the note field that pops up, enter the date the session was run then the DM. For games that are broken over multiple sessions, enter a separate line for each date.
Example: 2017/5/15 - Josiah
XP gained: Click on the XP cell and type in the XP awarded for that character for the session (awards for each character should be the same, unless they missed a portion of the session). For games that are broken over multiple sessions, enter it as "=X+Y" where X and Y are the experience from two sessions.
Example: 200
If the total XP for the character (1 row under the characters name and 1 column to the right) is enough to raise him a level (comparing to the XP chart at the top left), then click on the Level cell (to the right of the characters name) and put brackets "[]" around the current character level. This will result in the box turning pink, and thus alerting players they are eligible for leveling.
Example: [2]
If the character leveled, please make a mention in the facebook session to the player so they know to level their character.
Gold gained: Click on the GP cell and type in the GP awarded for that character for the session (awards for each character should be the same, unless they missed a portion of the session). For games that are broken over multiple sessions, enter it as "=X+Y" where X and Y are the gold from two sessions.
Example: 33.25
Gold spent: If a character spent any gold that session, click on the Gold spent cell and type in the GP spent for that character for the session as a positive number.
Example: 50
If you entered a amount for gold spent, right-click on the Gold spent cell, and select Insert note. In the note field that pops up, enter the gold spent and what was purchased.
Example: (-55) Downtime: 2 days (2); Purchased: potion of healing (50), 20 arrows (1), dagger (2); (+5) Sold: leather armor (5)
Lifestyle incidentals: If any currency was spent for incidentals other than equipment and fits into the lifestyle for the character, then ignore this incidental cost. A few gold pieces spent on a fine meal and lodging would be ignored for wealthy characters, but would be tracked for poor characters.
Downtime cost: If any downtime was spent by the character this session, make sure to record the total for their lifestyle cost (listed on the left) x the number of days.
Downtime spent: If a character spent any downtime that session, click on the Downtime spent cell and type in the Downtime spent for that character for the session as a positive number. (awards for each character should be the same, unless they missed a portion of the session)
Example: 5
If you entered a amount for downtime spent, right-click on the Downtime spent cell, and select Insert note. In the note field that pops up, enter the downtime spent and what it was used for.
Example: (-5) A Giant Challenge
Reknown/Story Awards: Click on the Reknown cell and type in the Reknown awarded for that character for the session. For games that are broken over multiple sessions, enter it as "=X+Y" where X and Y are the reknown from two sessions.
Example: 1
If the character gained any Story Awards (listed at the end of the module), right-click on the Reknown cell, and select Insert note. In the note field that pops up, enter the Story Award gained (not the description).
Example: Friend on the Black Road
If you entered a Story Award, click on the Reknown total cell on the far left of the row (6 rows under the characters name and 1 column to the right)
If no existing Story Awards note appears, right-click on the cell, and select Insert note.

If no existing consumable items note appears, right-click on the cell, and select Insert note.
Type in the consumable items gained or used you added under any existing consumable items (or if there was none listed, type it in as a new entry). If any were used up, remove the items used from this list.
