Call Center Worker
· Answer telephone calls from potential customers. Explained products and services over the phone using a prepared script.

· Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.
Stock Clerk
· Kept records of items entering or leaving stock rooms. Inspected damaged or spoiled goods. Sorted, organized, and marked items with identifying codes, such as prices or inventory control codes.
· Brought merchandise to the sales floor and stocked shelves and racks. Stored materials in bins, on floors, or on shelves. Lift cartons of various sizes. Keep items organized.
