NOTES:
I have had a lot of experience working with people, in all sorts of ways, sober to drunk, from mental to on something, or just dealing with dementia. You get all kinds while driving cab, working at a hotel, restaurant, battalion staff, and school bus full of elementary to high school to include special needs of all kinds. Worked as a clerk in a battalion S1, unit clerk, S3 representative and more. Taken classes in how to do Hazardous Waste Management, Riot Control, and Unit Mass Movement (how many M35s into a container ship). Fueled buses, cleaned up spills, cleaned up a variety of places from bathroom to environmental. Worked with persons from a variety of cultures, religions, faiths, classes and languages from Japanese to Siberian Yupik, to German and various African nations, all being human! Always looking to expand my knowledge and skills. I dance when I can at a local club on hip-hop night and I quite well I am 51 and outdoing many of the kids. Current work driving cab is a 12 hour shift. Missing the deployed soldiers/airmen, and loved to being there for them when they got back! My abilities barely scratches the service in what I can do and capable of doing. Be it running a daily newsletter in primitive conditions for my Guard unit as a full time active duty guard member (Title-32 AGR), to setting up a training area for my Guard unit such as tents, fuel, food, transport and security and more. I like to see more martial arts demonstrations at the PFC, be it to help maintain fitness, to help deal with redeployment issues in a positive way. Member/Volunteer with a local international medievalist group, it gives me an outlet for my background in history. I am dealing better with my own limitations.
