Return to your Sit Spot
Go to your sit spot. Take a few deep breaths.
Observe. What do you see? What do you hear? What do you smell? What do you feel?
Record your observations in your field journal. You can draw, take notes, or make a list. Write down the date, time, and notes on the weather.
What questions do you have about what you have observed? Share your questions with a family member or pet, or write them down.
Remember to record your observations in your moon journal.
