Hello! Let's do some mirroring today. This was a game we played in class to practice listening with our bodies and working together. You will need a friend or family member to play with.
You stand face to face about 1 foot away from another. One person is the leader and starts to move slowly. Try to copy them exactly, just like you're their mirror. After a while, switch leaders. See if you can speed up and still be a mirror!
