Benify is Mathem's benefits portal, where you as an employee find our many great benefits. The benefits portal gives you an overview of all the benefits and advantages that come with working at Mathem - from discounts in transport, health and lifestyle, to wellness allowances and terminal glasses. So log in with your personal login, either via SSO or BankID, and discover the various benefits to help you simplify your everyday life.
You could also download the "Benify" app to your phone and log in with SSO or BankID to access your benefits directly on your mobile.
All employees at Mathem are entitled to a wellness allowance. The wellness allowance is available in three different levels, and is based on the type of employment and degree of employment you have. You can find the level of health care allowance you have in your personal login to Benify. To get access to wellness allowance, you need to have been employed at Mathem for six months.
At Benify you will find several exciting benefits and discounts that are linked to you as an employee at Mathem. Take advantage of benefits in home and leisure, such as home cleaning services, or in logistics and transport such as cheaper travel with SJ, or the option to buy annual passes via public transport. You will also find discounts in a range of areas, such as clothes, books, furniture and much more.
Under "my compensation" at Benify, you will find information about the total compensation you receive from Mathem, including which insurances are included in your employment, holiday entitlement, as well as information about any benefits.

Note: Starting in 2026, we will discontinue Benify and the wellness allowance for all employees.
Employees will therefore be able to use the wellness allowance until the end of this year.
This is part of our efforts to reduce the companyβs fixed costs in order to achieve profitability.
As a company we of course want to encourage you to use our own services. Therefore, as an employee at Mathem, we use to offer an discount of 130 SEK per purchase over 1000 SEK for a certain ammount of purchases. A special code use to be sent out in the Slack channel #company-info-mathem.Β
We offer an on-site store in our warehouse in Larsboda where employees can purchase products at discounted prices. The assortment mainly includes items with short shelf lives, slightly damaged packaging, or customer returns β products we canβt ship to customers but that are still of good quality. The purpose is to reduce waste and give employees while providing added value for our employees.
Our warehouses offer breakfast for all employees.
Our warehouse in Larsboda offers a high-quality on-site gym where employees are welcome to use free of charge.
