Legal Guidance
All users must adhere to the legal guidance on the use of Insight developed in partnership with the NYC Department of Education’s Division of Instructional and Information Technology (DIIT) and the Office of the General Counsel.
Confidentiality Agreements
Community School Directors:
All Community School Directors must sign the below agreement annually to access Insight (by October 31st).

Success Mentors:
All Success Mentors must sign the below agreement. It should be kept on file at your school. Success Mentors do not have direct access to Insight but work with their CSD to track data for their mentees.
Please note that the Confidentiality Agreements featured on this page are agreements between the Success Mentors and the school they support. The Office of Community Schools is not the holder of these agreements.
Community-Based Organization (CBO) Partners:
Community-Based Organization Partners must sign the below agreement.
