Read the MAKE MAGAZINE ARTICLE - December 2019/January 2020 (Vol 71, pp 24-29) - Electrify Everything by Dr. Saul Griffith, founder and principal scientist at OtherLab, an independent R&D lab

Griffith claims that U.S. Energy Consumption can be reduced from 101.2 Quads (2018) to 40 Quads by Electrifying everything....with zero carbon emissions as a result of energy production and consumption. Study the article, drill down into the details (see his link to the chart at Energy Literacy) and decide:

• Is this a believable plan?....or can you find a flaw?
• If you were the product champion for this plan inside the U.S Department of Energy, who will be the major opponents to this plan, and how will they argue that the plan is not viable?
