- Personalized Shift Knob for your Car (Your Smiling Face on your Dad's Jaguar??? Maybe Not)
- Broken/Missing Knob Replacement for a cabinet or drawer in your house (see for example Lifehacker)
- Sign with hooks for your keys - with message (like Leave your car key here .... #%@! &^#!)
- Other Hanger/Hook/Tray for objects left laying around (and getting lost)
What makes it personalized:
- Your custom design
- Personalization - family name or "made by artist (you) initials"
- Replaces a broken accessory with something of your own design
Summative Assessment (50 points)
- Photos (glam shots) of the object your designed, and one photo of the object in use in your home or dorm room...(note - residential students my Bling Up the Fab Lab instead of your dorm room) - 0. 5 0r 10 points
- Screen captures of your "Making" Process (minimum of 3 photos/screenshots) - 0. 5 or 10 points
- Photo of you holding your 3D printed Bling - 0 or 10 points
- 50-100 word Reflection (What inspired your idea? What 3D Modelling Program did you choose and why? What additional projects or gifts would you consider designing? - 0, 5 or 10 points
- Upload 2 photos - 1) glam shot of your bling; and 2) glam shot of you and your bling - to Shared Google Drive - 0, 5 or 10 points
