We have 3 Exchange counsellors available for our pupils during the school week. They work out of an office in the green corridor and offer a confidential listening ear for young people. Referrals can be made by young people using the link on their year group teams or by speaking to their Guidance teacher. If you feel that this is a service your child would benefit from, please contact your child's guidance teacher.

The Exchange also offer regular support sessions for parents and carers delivered online and in person. The links for these sessions are posted on the parent portal.
Mikeysline come into Forres Academy on a regular basis to help support the Mental Health and Wellbeing of our young people. Your young person can be referred to Mikeysline for additional wellbeing support. Please see your child's Guidance teacher if you feel they would benefit from this additional support.
