Students in EDU 380 are learning about Response to Intervention (RtI) strategies from Ms. Lindsey Crane from Murray Middle School and Ms. Tammy Jones from Mayfield Elementary School. We are thankful for their willingness to share their expertise on this topic with us!

Substitute Teacher Workshop
Monday, September 15
Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) hosted a successful substitute teacher workshop. Students in attendance learned valuable information about substitute teaching opportunities and processes.
SPARK
Wednesday, September 17
Health and Physical Education (HPE) and Criminal Justice and Social Work (CJSW) were a part of this year's SPARK event.
SPARK is a career exploration experience developed by Murray Works Foundation- specifically for eighth graders in Murray and Calloway school districts. This event provides these students with hands-on activities intended to "spark" interests.

Dr. Chanel Schwenck and Dr. Katy Hancock stopped by Jennifer Smith's, assistant director for the Center for Student Engagement and Success, IDC100T course to share insights about their programs and encouraging students to explore COEHS majors.
