Sommers Plastic Products offers a thermochromatic line of fabrics. Their thermochromatic, polyurethane fabrics undergo dramatic color changes from the warmth of the body or ambient temps indoors or out. For example, black changes to brown, then green and finally blue as it warms. Sommers has manufactured "CC" Thermo-chromatic Color Change polyurethane fabrics in a wide variety of custom constructions, colors and grains depending on customers' application.

These products are suitable for athletic footwear, apparel, accessories, handbags, upholstery, wall covering, business cards, stickers, invitations and novelties. Particular temperature ranges, at which colors change, can be tweaked as well. May incorporate messages that can be revealed upon warming.
