Smooth-On Mix and Pour expanding foams are high quality urethane and silicone foams which are fast curing and used for industrial, military and art related applications. Foams expand many times original volume. Available in different densities, they are versatile and easy-to-use, they can be colored with Smooth-On tints and pigments.

Rgw FlexFoam-iT!™ Series consists of castable flexible urethane flex foams which are easy to use and durable. They are lightweight, versatile and most are available in easy to measure mix ratios. They can be used for padding/cushion material, gasket material, or to make props and special effects. Vibrant colors can be achieved by adding color pigments.

The flexible polyurethane foams come in a broad selection of formulations from a 3 pound to a 25 pound density and many others in between. This means you can choose between a high 15 times expansion rate to as low as 2 times expansion to meet your project needs. Some have a relatively high tear strength as well flame resistant.

Rigid foams, offered in the FOAM-iT!™ Series, cure hard and strong with uniform cell structures and can be sanded, machined, etc. Use for making machinable modeling board, lightweight rigid models and props, reinforcing hollow plastic castings and other structures as well as a variety design applications. They can be colored with SO-Strong™, UVO™ or Ignite™ colorants for a variety of art/craft, industrial or special effects applications.
