POWERFILM® SOLAR
PowerFilm® Solar manufactures flexible solar panels mounted on a thin film plastic amorphous silicon photovoltaic substrate. The solar panels are lightweight, durable and extremely portable. The solar panels are mounted to weather resistant fabric that quickly folds for storage and unfolds for use.
PowerFilm offers a wide variety of panel sizes ranging from 5W to 220W and specializes in custom solutions as well.
These compact panels easily into most backpacks and are perfect for powering a wide range of electronics using PowerFilm’s numerous accessories and adapters.
To operate, place the solar panel in the sun and then connect your device to the charger using a male 12V car charger adapter (RA-1) and the included female 12V car charger adapter (RA-2) . Optionally, the charger can be connected directly to a 12V battery for battery charging and power storage.
