SEA LEATHER WEAR :

GENUINE FISH LEATHER SKINS

Selection of carp, perch and salmon fish skin samples

Sea Leather Wear selects, processes and transforms a variety of fish species skins into unique and exotic leathers. The leather can be dyed in a variety of colors, and are available in suede, silk, glazed, pearlized and high grain finishes. The tanning process ensures odorless products and prevents stiffness and the fish scales have been removed. The suede can be water-prooofed. The glazed leather is scratch and stain resistant, water repellent and never needs polishing.

Fish leathers are processed from non-endangered fish species including carp, Pacific salmon, bass, sturgeon, shark, catfish, salmon and Nile perch and are bought from canneries, which normally take skins and dump them in the oceans where they otherwise become another pollutant. Leather is sold by the square foot .
