Conductive Transfers has developed a new process to screen print circuits that are stretchable, washable and cost effective making them perfect for enabling new wearable solutions. The key innovation is that Conductive Transfers has eliminated the wires and plastic substrates found in today’s wearables whilst retaining all the advantages of printing on to a sheet of plastic. Using Conductive Transfer’s technology, valuable new functionality including sensors, heaters and surface mount components can easily be added to existing garment designs whilst retaining high levels of comfort.

The circuits can be used in a variety of fabrics, such as polyester, cotton, and nylon. They can be used in the consumer, health and medicine. sports, automotive and industrials markets.

Conductive Transfers operates two business models.

For customers that require low to medium volumes of a circuit, they can supply finished circuits ready for integration and final assembly. They can also support the product development process with samples and prototypes.

For customers that wish to manufacture circuits in-house or in high volumes, they offer a full technology transfer package. This includes IP licensing, know-how transfer, training, equipment, inks and consumables.
