Smooth-On offers easy to use polyurethane mold rubber which can be poured, brushed on or sprayed onto prepared surfaces and cure with negligible shrinkage.

VytaFlex™ urethane rubbers offer superior physical and performance properties for casting concrete. VytaFlex™ mold rubbers work especially well for casting pigmented/colored concrete.

ReoFlex® urethane rubbers are easy to mix and pour. Low viscosity ensures minimal bubble entrapments and detail reproduction. Cured rubber molds offer added lubricity for releasing wax or gypsum.

Used in hundreds of industrial and art-related applications, many of their PMC® rubbers are easy to use and exhibit excellent wear resistance. Some PMC® rubbers are suitable for mechanical parts (gaskets, wheels, pulleys) as well as ball mill liners and vibration/shock pads.

Brush‑On® urethane rubber molds are extremely versatile and are famous for their abrasion resistance and high tear strength.
