We hope this message finds you well. As we prepare for the upcoming academic year 2024-25, we would like to remind you of the due date for the Term 1 school fee payment, which is on or before 01 August 2024, as per the school fee schedule.

Invoices for the Term 1 school fee have been shared via email and in print. To ensure your child's place in the coming academic year, it is essential that the school fee is paid, and financial clearance is obtained by the due date.

Important Notes:

1. 5% Discount on Annual Fee Payment:

   • Avail a 5% discount by paying the annual school fee in advance.

2. Payment Plans:

   • Payment plans are available upon application and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of the finance department. If you wish to apply for a payment plan, please contact the finance office as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Late Payment Surcharge:

   • A 10% surcharge will be applied to payments received after the due date of 01 August 2024.

2. Access to School Services:

   • Students whose fees are not paid by the due date may have restricted access to school services, including participation in extracurricular activities, school trips, and other non-academic programs.

3. Academic Record Withholding:

   • Report cards, transcripts, and other academic records will be withheld until the outstanding fees are paid in full.

4. Re-Enrollment Contingency:

   • Re-enrollment for the next academic term or year will be contingent upon the settlement of all outstanding fees.

5. Financial Clearance Requirement:

   • Students must obtain financial clearance before attending classes for the new term. No clearance, no class attendance policy will be strictly enforced.
