Release 2026.10.1 is a hotfix addressing critical regressions in NRS Table drilldown behavior, report accuracy, and data access introduced in the 2026.10.0 release cycle.

🐞 Bug Fixes

NRS Table Drilldown – Students Excluded When Funding Stream is Hidden (LA-22604) After the 2026.10.0 release, NRS Table drilldowns were excluding students whose NRS-fundable funding stream was configured as hidden (not shown on the student intake form), causing the drilldown population to undercount the NRS-reportable total. The Funding Streams chooser now includes hidden NRS-fundable options in its default selection, restoring drilldown counts to match NRS Table figures and export functions.

NRS Table Drilldown – No Results or Incorrect Counts for VA and AZ (LA-22611) In Virginia and Arizona, both clients that record funding streams using multi-select checkboxes rather than a single demographic-level funding stream field, NRS Table drilldowns returned zero results or counts that did not match the table. Drilldown results for these clients now correctly reflect the students that make up each table cell, consistent with the NRS Table figures and export functions.

NRS Table 5 and 5A Drilldown Error from All PoPs Summary (LA-22610) Drilling down from NRS Table 5 or Table 5A in the All PoPs Summary area returned an error; the same drilldown worked correctly from the Student area. Drilldown from the All PoPs Summary area now returns results consistent with the Student area drilldown.

Report from Drilldown Results Fails with SQL Error (LA-22599) Running a student report directly from a drilldown result set (such as a Dashboard Student Alert drilldown) failed with a SQL error after the 2026.8.2 release. Reports can now be run directly from drilldown results without error; this includes Dashboard results, MA Desk Review results, and other drilldown sources.

Program Summary Report – "Post-Tested" Values Did Not Reflect the Selected Subset (LA-22606) When running the Program Summary report for a filtered subset of students, the Post-Tested Number and Percent rows displayed the whole-agency value rather than the value for the selected subset. The report now correctly reflects post-test figures for the selected subset, including the Ohio variant of the report.

Student Search – Pre-Defined Searches Returned an Error (LA-22603) Several pre-defined searches in the Student area — including History > Active/Enrolled, History > Began Active Enrolled, and Outcomes > Achievements and Goals — returned an "Invalid View or Table Name" error instead of results. These searches now load correctly on the first attempt without requiring a browser refresh.

Admin Tools – Choice List Editor Showed "Unable to Perform Action" (LA-22609) Opening certain choice lists in Admin Tools > Choice List produced an "Unable to perform action" error for any choice list whose underlying configuration table contained a column not recognized by the editor. Unrecognized columns are now silently omitted from the editor rather than causing an error, and the NRS Fundable flag on the Funding Stream choice list remains viewable and editable.
