Welcome! I‘m guessing you like bobcats because you are looking at this right now.. Or maybe your parents are forcing you to read this because you haven’t done enough studying for your school project! Maybe you’re here because you want to read this and go, “Pfft, Bobcats are soooo dumb. I bet the writer is a 4th grader.” But you’re right, I am a 4th grader! But you still lost the bet because you don’t like bobcats. Haha! Enjoy !
Bobcats usually have light brown colored fur, and a cover of black speckles, and under that, a tan-white color for a secondary color. They are known for the black tufts on their ears. Their eyes can be brown or a deep blue.
Bobcats are excellent hunters, stalking prey with stealth and patience, then capturing their meals with one great leap. Females never share territories with each other. It is an instinct.
The Bobcat is a carnivore and eats a variety of animals, such as small prey like woodchucks, rabbits, skunks, raccoons, moles, and squirrels. It also eats birds and certain reptiles. One of the most common prey for the Bobcat is the Cottontail Rabbit. Occasionally the Bobcat will kill larger prey such as deer, rarely wolves or foxes.
Bobcats are tame at young, but if they grow older and they are raised in the wild, the bobcat may be almost impossible to tame. However, experts may have a chance at taming them. So if you wanna tame a bobcat, go to taming school.
Bye.. Bobcats are some of the cutest felines to exist, so if you don't think so too, you have no soul. (Just kidding, but seriously, they are really cute!)
