To participate in the challenge, learners and teachers must be affiliated to a registered school. School registration is handled by the first teacher affiliated to that school who registers in the system. Teachers are prompted to add the details of their school during the teacher registration process. For more information on the teacher registration process and the role of teachers in the challenge, visit the "Teacher Portal" page of this playbook.
When the first teacher affiliated to a school registers in the system, that teacher is automatically assigned with administrator permissions for that school and is prompted to setup the school's profile. Subsequent teachers who register will not be prompted to setup the school's profile, and will only be able to amend any school details if they are assigned administrator permissions.
Super-admins can manage school accounts in the "Modules > Schools" section of the super-admin portal. This page offers the super-admin the ability to (i) view, edit, merge and delete school profiles, (ii) view and adjust the school's score-breakdown; and (iii) suspend the school's (and all associated teachers and learners) permissions to access the system.
Super-admins can manage teacher accounts in the "Modules > Schools" section of the super-admin portal.
