FAQS (Frequently Asked Questions) are displayed when learners click on the info icon in the learner portal. They often serve as the first touchpoint for learner support queries. Configuring FAQs well can lead to a decrease in support queries that require support agent intervention, and therefore improve efficiencies.
FAQs are configured in the super-admin portal via Modules > FAQS.
This page allows the super-admin to view and amend FAQs (and associated answers) that are currently configured in the system, add new FAQs to the system or remove old FAQs that are no longer relevant.
