Automated Comms in the User Registration Process
To maximize accessibility, the system allows users to sign up with either an email address or mobile number. The learner registration process and teacher registration process requires identity validation via a One Time Pin (OTP), sent to users automatically via email or sms. These communications are configured (e.g. text / copy) through the CM platform.

The current configuration for automated email communications relating to the registration process is documented here: CM Automated Email Communication.
These are configured in the CM Platform, and need to be synced in the super-admin platform (watch video below).

The current configuration for automated SMS communications relating to the registration process is documented here: Automated SMS Communications.
SMS templates are configured in the super-admin portal, via Modules > App Settings > Group Name “SMS Template”.
