On the Project page, navigate to the "Assistant" and scroll until you find "Installation". Claim the job and begin the Project Assistant process.
There will be a few steps to check upon claiming the job through project assistant. Check the boxes and hit next to proceed and get to the
To pass a job completely on project assistant, go through each of the steps. This is linked directly to the Installation object and the service appt that it is tied to, automating all the linked fields so that they do not need to be filled in manually in each section and object.
Set the status to "Complete", Audit Status should be set to "Ready for Audit - 100% Complete", Field Audit Result "Pass", Field Audit Details include the date and the template for the audit as seen above and on our "templates" page.
Under the "Installation" section, since this job is a complete pass, fill in all the fields pertaining to a passed install as seen above so that the project is handed over to the Inspections and Finalization departments.
These fields specifically are: Field Audit - Ready for Inspection User, Field Audit - Ready for Inspection, Post Install Audit Passed, Solar Work Complete, Electrical Work Complete, System Provisioned, CT meter Checked, Photos Uploaded Date, Field Audit Notes.
