This SOP is for a easy way for the crews to upload photos when file browser goes down.
Step 1
Crews will need access to the Ion Solar Gmail account and they will need to download the Google drive app.
Step 2
Crews will need to create a folder with plus button and name the folder with CX project name.
Step 3
Next they will need go into the folder and create sub folders (using the same step as above) so that we can separate the roof and electrical photos.
Step 4
Then they will need to go into the hamburger menu (the 3 dots) in the top right, then click share.
Step 5
Click on the people icon.
Step 6
Then click through the accesses and change it to "Anyone with the link" setting
Step 7
Make sure that you click the link icon in the top right, so that you can paste it in your appt comments or call it in to field support.
Step 8
The upload the respective photos to the correct folders.
Step 9 (FOR FIELD SUPPORT/POST INSTALL QA TEAM)
We need to make sure that the folder gets downloaded and uploaded to Salesforce, this is so that the link ever goes bad we have a back up already living on the CX account.
