The Field Support team serves as the vital link between our installation crews and successful project completion. Our primary mission is to empower our install organization with the technical expertise and resources necessary to drive down failed inspections and uphold the highest standards of workmanship.
We provide real-time guidance and structured oversight to ensure every solar array is safe, compliant, and efficient. Our work focuses on three core pillars:
Technical Advocacy: We provide a dedicated support line (877-797-4743, Option 2) specifically for field personnel to resolve on-site challenges instantly.
Knowledge Management: We maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Base covering electrical basics, structural integrity, and jurisdictional requirements to keep our crews ahead of the curve.
