Step by step guide for layout changes at install.
1) Pull up the account in Salesforce
2) Pull up the account in Aurora
3) Create a duplicate model from the current final design
4) Have them text in a photo of either measurements of it not fitting or it chalked up to also show it not fitting.
5) Review the model in Aurora to see where the error lies.
As you can see in this example that they used a overlayed image over the satellite image
6) Once we have determined that the change is needed, then we need approval from direct supervisor/manager
7) Lastly we need the crew to draw up the change and have the customer sign it and text it in.
