Needs scope of Work

Needs Scope of Work is often referred to just as Needs Scope. These are where corresponding return Failed Inspection tickets can be found as well as all other services deemed as needed by other departments but need us to create the scope of work. We evaluate their notes and do our due diligence to see if the work is actually necessary. If it is not necessary,  we once again will void it and leave a note stating why, and assign the appropriate work type. If it is necessary, we will break down the notes and re-write the service using our template in an understandable format that works for our service crews.
