OG&E
OG&E has let us know that we can do either a pass through neutral or have it down the center lugs, it just needs to match the approved plans. See Knapple, Ethan - 2808 Creekview Terrace for an example of an account with PTO with the pass through wiring. Since we already have to go back to finish the install once the customer is done with their wall, we should just update the pv meter wiring to match the plans at the same time. After reviewing recent OG&E projects, it looks like the labeling on E-9 has been fixed. We shouldn't need any label 'P' for this install either since it's for when equipment is not grouped and in line of sight. Install will need to finish the project and update the pv meter wiring. The project has been delayed pending this work.
