Fail the job if any of the following apply:
The job is not published at install.
During a service appointment sent specifically to complete provisioning, provisioning is still not completed.
Required documentation (e.g., optimizer map) is missing or not uploaded.
If any of these issues are caught during your audit:
Fail the job for quality.
Text the crew.
Schedule a return trip to collect all required information and complete provisioning.
If a Needs Scope ticket is created, follow the associated training.
If the job cannot be published for any reason (e.g., missing optimizer map, missing inverter serial numbers):
Process the Needs Scope.
Move the project to Ready to Be Scheduled.
