As Built PA SOP

This sop is to standarizded how to process the Asbuilt PA step.

First step is to scroll to the As-Built design step and in the dropdown click accept 

Second step is to hit complete which will open the PA flow

On the next page we shouldn't need to mess with anything on this page so you can hit next.
