Audit Inspection Fail QA contains all of the failed inspections that get flagged by the Inspections Department. These will have a corresponding service appt located in the Needs Scope of Work Queue that is meant to resolve the issues for the failed inspection. This queue is often referred to as Failed Inspections. Upon processing a failed inspection, be sure to also complete the corresponding needs scope of work service appt to address the failed inspection issues.
NOTE: Sometimes the fix for a failed inspection does not require an additional service appt. We must void the service appt that is pending a scope of work, leave a note as to why it was voided, then also assign it an appropriate work type so that it leaves the Needs Scope of Work queue.
