Student Led Conferences
Thank you to the parents who attended our Student-Led Conferences on Wednesday and were able to share in your child's celebration of learning. It was so wonderful to see the students taking the lead and eagerly demonstrating their knowledge and skills.

Social Thinking and Me
Social Thinking and Me
Ms. Aleisha with MHCB joined our class again this week to introduce the second lesson of the “Social Thinking and Me” program. She focused on social vocabulary & how special words help us become better social thinkers in different kinds of situations. Ms. Aleisha discussed that when we gather information to help us figure out what people are thinking and feeling, we call this being a social detective. The students also learned about social memory. This is when we use our brains to remember things about people and situations. Our social memory can help us figure out what makes other people happy or sad. The students enjoyed playing “Feelings Charades” with Mr. Aleisha to end the lesson.
